Creators FAQs
Getting started
You don’t need a separate website or coding skills. Create your account, add a product, then share your shop or product link with your audience. You can manage your shop in a phone browser, although a larger screen can make detailed editing easier.
You can create downloadable products such as ebooks, guides and templates, online courses, product bundles and community access. The options available to you depend on your plan and the features enabled for your account. Appointments are still coming soon.
No. Starter has no subscription fee. Eligible Starter accounts can separately try Pro or Business for 30 days if they have not used a creator-plan trial before. The paid-plan trial requires payment authorization and renews at the selected price unless cancelled before renewal. Review the terms at checkout; transaction fees still apply to paid sales.
Creating and publishing products
Open Products, choose a product type, then add its name, description, category, thumbnail and pricing. Add the files, lessons or included products appropriate to that type. You can save a draft while you work and publish when the checklist is complete.
Add a title, short description, category, thumbnail and at least one pricing plan. Downloads need files, courses need at least one lesson, and bundles need included products. If you enable a pre-order, set its go-live date; the files can be added before release.
Select your files from the Media library in the product editor. The downloadable-file picker lists JPG, PNG, PDF and ZIP, with a maximum of 20 MB per file. Follow the editor’s current upload and storage limits; course video uploads have their own controls.
Create modules and lessons in the course builder. Add uploaded or embedded lesson videos and any supporting files or links. You can reorder modules and lessons to put the course in the right learning sequence.
Yes. Create the individual products first, then choose the products and pricing options to include in the bundle. A bundle cannot contain another bundle. Review the included plans so buyers receive the access you intend.
You can add up to four named pricing plans. The editor offers one-time, subscription and installment options. Check the amount, billing period and included access for each option before publishing; availability can depend on the product and payment setup.
Yes. Enable Pre-order and set the go-live date. Files are optional while pre-order is enabled. Make the promised content available for the release date, and clearly explain to buyers when they can access it.
You can update products in the product editor. To stop selling a published product, unpublish it by moving it to draft. Products with order history cannot be deleted. You can also control whether a product appears on your public shop through its Shop page setting.
Selling, tracking sales and getting paid
Open the product’s URL options to copy its landing-page link or direct checkout link. You can also generate an embedded checkout button. Share the link for the product you want people to buy, and review the page before sending traffic to it.
Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount coupons and select the products they cover. You can set start and expiry dates, usage limits and one-use-per-email rules.
Creator Analytics shows your sales performance, with product and date-range filters. Product reporting includes sales, visits, conversion and affiliate revenue information. Use Orders to review individual purchases rather than relying only on summary charts.
Enable Affiliate Partnerships in the product’s settings and set its commission rate. Affiliates can copy their link and start promoting without approval. You can also invite affiliates and agree custom product commissions. Marketplace discovery is currently marked Soon.
Open Wallet and add your NGN bank details, including account verification. Request a payout from your available balance. Your available balance must exceed ₦500, and a payout request must be at least ₦500. A ₦50 payout fee is deducted from the requested amount. Check the confirmation and payout history for its status; transfer processing times can vary.
Completed sales in currencies other than NGN have a five-day settlement period before their settled NGN value becomes available. A pending payout request is different: it is money already requested for withdrawal and excluded from your available balance while it processes. Refunded orders are excluded from payout earnings.
Starter has no subscription fee, but the transaction fee applies to paid sales. Processor costs are accounted for within that fee rather than deducted again from creator earnings. Payout fees are separate from sales fees. Review the current fee information for your plan and the amount shown when you request a payout.
Running a community
Choose Community as the product type when it is available for your account. Add its details, welcome message, rules and pricing, then create spaces for different topics or groups. Community management is separate from your course and downloadable-product content.
Yes. Choose automatic access after purchase or manual member approval. In community management, review pending members and approve, suspend or revoke access as appropriate. Make any approval requirement clear before people buy.
Yes. Make a space available to every plan or only selected plans. You can also decide whether everyone, only the owner, or the owner and moderators can publish there.
Where the pricing editor offers Community Access, select the community and the relevant community plan. Community access cannot currently be attached to an installment plan. Check what each pricing option includes before publishing.
Owners and authorized moderators can review reported content, pin or remove posts, end discussions and manage members. Ending a discussion keeps the post visible but stops new comments and likes. Space permissions can also restrict who publishes.
Owners can promote eligible members to moderators without giving them access to the creator dashboard or team. Removing a member revokes current community access. Banning also prevents rejoining until unbanned and removes their posts and comments. Removing or banning someone does not automatically cancel their purchases or billing.
Members can choose notifications for all posts, moderator posts or mute at community and space level. They can also mute an individual post. These settings let members follow the conversations that matter to them.
A community owner can attach offers from their own approved affiliate products to a post. The offer must still be published and have affiliate promotion enabled. This uses the owner’s approved offers, rather than automatically turning members’ links into affiliate offers.
Account and notifications
Open Settings → Notifications for browser notifications and supported email preferences. Affiliate Request Approved and New Affiliate Sale email preferences can be saved there. The notification panel also lets you review unread alerts, mark all as read or clear your list.
Check that your browser supports notifications and that they are enabled in your account. If you blocked permission, allow notifications in the browser’s settings for Creatorr Shop. Browser alerts depend on permission and the app remaining open.
Affiliates FAQs
Offers and affiliate links
Choose a product with affiliate promotion enabled, check its commission and copy your affiliate link. You do not need approval from the creator. Share the complete affiliate link so sales can be attributed to you.
You can promote digital downloads, courses, bundles and eligible community products with affiliate promotion enabled. No approval is required: choose a suitable product and grab your affiliate link.
No. An affiliate link promotes another creator’s product. Your affiliate offers and sales have their own dashboard pages, separate from managing products of your own.
Open Approved Offers and use the copy button beside the product. Share that complete affiliate link so the referral can be attributed to you. A normal product link without your affiliate reference does not provide the same tracking.
The Marketplace is currently marked Soon and is unavailable by default. You can still promote products with affiliate promotion enabled: copy your affiliate link and follow attributed orders in Affiliate Sales. No creator approval is required.
Choose a product with affiliate promotion enabled that fits your audience, ask its creator for accurate product information and any promotional guidelines or assets, and share your complete affiliate link. Check the offer’s price, included content and commission before promoting it. Don’t promise results or benefits the creator’s product does not provide.
Tracking sales and commissions
The creator sets commission for each product and may agree a custom rate with individual affiliates. Confirm the rate agreed for the specific offer before you promote it; there is no single commission rate for every product.
An affiliate link stores a product-specific referral in the visitor’s browser for up to 30 days. A later affiliate link for the same product replaces the earlier referral. Clearing browser storage, switching browsers or buying on another device can affect attribution.
Eligible paid subscription renewals can be attributed to the original affiliate. The renewal payment checks that the affiliate relationship is still active and that the affiliate still has access to promote the product. Recurring commission is not an unconditional lifetime entitlement; confirm the offer’s arrangement with its creator.
Approved Offers shows visits, sales, earnings, conversion rate and earnings per click. Affiliate Sales lists attributed orders and lets you search or filter completed and refunded sales. Wallet shows the balance available for payout.
Check that the buyer used your complete affiliate link, that affiliate promotion is enabled for the product and that payment completed. An expired referral or changes to browser storage can affect tracking. If you still need help, contact support with the product and order details; attribution cannot be assumed from a shared link alone.
Creators can change an offer’s affiliate availability or suspend an affiliate relationship. Check that the product still has affiliate promotion enabled before continuing to share it. An old affiliate link does not guarantee that a new sale or renewal will qualify for commission.
Earnings and payouts
Open Wallet to review affiliate earnings, available balance, pending balance and payout history. Refunded orders are excluded from payout earnings, so an attributed sale and a withdrawable balance are not always the same thing.
Add your verified NGN bank details in Wallet, then request a payout from the available balance. The balance must exceed ₦500, and the request must be at least ₦500. A ₦50 fee is deducted from the amount requested. Review the payout confirmation and history for processing status.
Completed sales in currencies other than NGN remain pending for five days before their settled NGN value becomes available. A pending payout request is money already requested for withdrawal and is excluded from available balance while processing. Bank processing times can vary.
Check its status and payout ID in Wallet, and confirm your bank details are correct. Contact support@creatorr.shop with the payout ID if you need help. Never share your password or a payment authorization code in a support message.
Customers FAQs
Purchases and product access
Open the creator’s product or checkout link, choose the pricing option you want and follow checkout. Naira payments use Paystack; the payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. Check the amount and any recurring billing terms before completing payment.
Completed orders receive a purchase-access email and appear in My Purchases. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, then select the product. Access depends on the content and pricing plan you purchased.
If checkout creates a new customer account, follow the account-setup email to set your password. If you already have an account, use your existing login with the email used at checkout.
Check your inbox and spam folder, then confirm that you are signing in with the same email used at checkout. Ask the creator to resend your purchase-access email from their Orders page. Include your order details if you need support to investigate.
Open the product in My Purchases. Downloadable products show the files included in your purchased plan. Courses show their included modules, lessons, videos and lesson files.
Open the bundle and find Included products. Choose Access Course, Access Download or Enter Community beside the item you want. What you can open depends on the bundle plan and the plan included for each product.
A pre-order or scheduled product may not release its content immediately. Check the access date shown on your purchase. Contact the creator if the release date has passed or content included in your purchase does not load.
The course player saves completed lessons and your current lesson so you can resume later. It also keeps a local browser copy while trying to save progress to your account. Stay signed in and allow the page to save before closing it.
Joining and using communities
Find the community in My Purchases and open it. Access may come from a direct community purchase, an included product benefit or a membership grant. Some communities require the creator’s approval before discussions unlock.
Spaces can be restricted to particular plans, and access also depends on your membership status. An invitation link or visible preview does not bypass payment, approval, plan or subscription requirements. Ask the community owner if you believe a space should be included.
You can read the spaces available to your membership. Where posting is allowed, you can publish posts, reply, like, mention others and attach media or links. Community rules, space permissions and moderation restrictions determine which actions are available.
Check your membership, payment and subscription status. Expiry, cancellation, failed payment, a refund, a revoked grant or a ban can affect access. Community access included with a subscription can end when cancellation is requested, even if the main product’s paid period ends later. Contact the creator if you need clarification.
Use Report post on an accessible community post to send it for moderation. Contact the community owner or moderators about membership restrictions or space rules. For product or order questions, use Contact Support in your purchase menu when the creator has provided a support email.
Subscriptions, refunds and support
Contact the creator for cancellation help, or email support@creatorr.shop if you cannot reach them. The purchase-menu Unsubscribe option does not currently complete a billing cancellation. Leaving a community also does not cancel a subscription or refund a purchase. Ask for confirmation that future billing has been stopped.
Contact the creator through Contact Support in your purchase menu when a support email is available. Include the order details and the problem you need resolved. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable terms; requesting help does not itself process a payment refund. If you cannot reach the creator, contact support@creatorr.shop.
Settings and notifications
Open customer Settings → Notifications to choose in-app alerts, community mentions and replies. Community settings let you choose all posts, moderator posts or mute for the community and individual spaces. Browser alerts require permission and the app to remain open.
Open Settings → Media → Media Files to search, preview and download ready uploads. Eligible personal files can be renamed or deleted. Files attached to community posts or replies are protected so those conversations keep their attachments.
